How cool that I happened to google the words Black Yogis!  I have been practicing regularly for 13 months and yoga has changed my life.  I literally run to my yoga studio, InYoga in Valley Village, CA.  I take it all to my mat and I am encouraged about strengthening my practice.  I recently won a yoga challenge at my studio earning me a year of free yoga!  I am beyond excited.
